Learning how to cure anxietyis not paricularly difficult. Personally, I have searched and explored many different ways to cure anxiety and panic attack symptoms.

Many health professionals have come to believe tha anxiety disorder and panic attacks are closely associated with each other, and that the only divergence between anxiety attacks and panic attacks is that a panic attack is an anxiety attack out of control, and I mean literally out of control.

Indications of panic attacks include difficulty breathing, rapid heartbeat, feelings of dizziness, sudden cold, feelings of dread, crawling sensation on your skin, and even numbness in one’s fingers and toes. It’s interesting to note that, signs of anxiety disorder actually include many of those just mentioned but always with a far less degree of intensity. One might say that one feels control is lost during a panic attack, but while you are having an anxiety attack, one is one the verge of being out of control.

Millions of people nowadays believe that a mixture of medication and therapy is the best, yet others are of the opinion that longtime consumption of antidepressant drugs such as Paxil and Zoloft can lead to dependency and or addiction. A growing number of doctors feel that medications only address the symptoms and not the real problem itself.

Although there are no specific scientific studies to actually connect food with panic attacks, it has been agreed that there are some foods that aggravate and step-up the risk of panic attacks. Coffee is a frequently named offender.. People who usually drink more than four cups of coffee or soda can increase their chances of having them. Intoxicating or illegal drugs can also disturb your body making you prone to panic attacks. One good idea is to drink more of herbal teas of sage and chamomile, in lieu of coffee to calm your nervous system.

When learning how to cure anxiety, anything that elevates your heart rate for over half an hour can help your body manage stress thereby reducing the risk of panic attacks. Your body needs physical exercise that will help every part of it and promotes circulation. Exercises can be as simple as a vigorous walk, gardening or even walking the dog in the neighborhood.

Deep breathing and meditation are great stress-management methods and considered by most as an appropriate treatment for panic attacks. Yoga preaches breathing from the abdomen making our oxygen intake much deeper. The value of deep breathing cannot be stressed enough. remove toxins from your system therby adding health and vitality.
